Panoramasticks Wood Mallets
Like all our PanWest mallets these ‘Panoramasticks’ are attractively designed and engineered to produce a unique sound by each individual player.
These mallets are made of birch wood with a matte black painted finish.
Panoramasticks were created for lead, double tenor, double second, cello and bass pans. Choose from an assortment of colors.
Don't forget to throw in an extra pair of mallet tips into your cart, as they do wear out over time with regular playing.

K-Clinic: Holding your mallets/sticks
The sticks or mallets for the lead pan are 6 to 8 inches long and should serve as an extension of the hand. Hold the stick between the thumb and index finger with the third finger at the bottom of the stick acting as a trigger.
Allow the sticks to bounce off the notes. The smaller notes are much firmer and require a tighter grip and a little more velocity when sticking. To sustain the sound of any note, roll evenly on the note alternating both sticks with wrist movement.
